Thou Shalt Think For Yourselves

Based loosely on the song ”Thou Shalt Always Kill” by Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip, the ‘Thou Shalt Think for Yourselves’ is one that’s easy to understand but difficult to implement in this world filled with constant advertising, lobbying and bias.

The media presents itself as neutral, but underneath it all it can be affiliated with some political figure. How can you tell what you’re reading is true? More subtley, how do you know what’s being heavily covered is really an important issue? Whilst this is something that I haven’t really figured out myself, I still have some ways to shed light on the situation. My writing about this is just as much to do with my own learning as it is trying to convey my ideas to a wider audience.
